This full-body outdoor class is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility through circuit-style training. We’ll target every muscle group with a mix of functional movements and calisthenics exercises, like pull-ups, dips, and other variations. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to build a strong foundation for more advanced moves like handstands, this class will keep you challenged with routines that change regularly to keep your training fresh and exciting!
