Meet Alex

Hi, I’m Alex — a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 12 years of gymnastics experience and 8 years in calisthenics. My approach is about building strength, movement, and confidence, not just chasing the “perfect body.” I combine traditional strength training with progressive bodyweight exercises, helping clients of all levels unlock new abilities — from push-ups to pull-ups, ring work, or even learning to go upside down.
